The 2013-2014 Grade 4 class created cityscapes with a special mathematics twist: the rows of windows in their buildings were another way to practice the concept of multiplication. The green building is an illustrated example of 3 x 5.
The 2013-2014 Grade One classroom read Dr. Suess’ If I Ran the Zoo and then they created their own Tizzled Topped Tufted Mazurkas!
As part of their Book Report projects, the Grade 5/6 class created dioramas recreating a scene or setting from one of their favourite books. This student created a room from Sherlock Holmes’ apartment at 221B Baker Street.
